If I were you, I would grab Isabel from the AG website before she get sold out also (Only $16 and no shipping if you use the free shipping code floating around here on this board). She is the last one left and I think her face is incredibly beautiful and soft. Her green eyes are dreamy! Another thing that you can't see from the website photo is her farthingale (stiffly starched and boned petticoat)underneath her dress. Wonderful authentic details like that are what make these dolls gorgeous!

Does anyone have leyla, and if you do, do you think that she is worth getting off ebay? Is there anything you like/dislike about her (or the GOML's in general) ????

I have Leyla and while she is not my very favorite (Spring Pearl, Minuk, Saba, Isabel, Cecile, Leyla, Neela in order)she is still a beautiful doll. There have been mixed reviews about her in the past. Some here love her and think she is the prettiest of them all (gorgeous hair, such intricate braids w/pearls, scarf, etc)and her costume is wonderful! Others dislike her coloring and have said that she is too sallow or yellowish in complexion. I think it is a matter of taste. Personally, I feel all of the dolls are wonderful and worth the price, even ebay, because originally these were 58-60 dollar dolls and many of them won the Oppenheim Toy Award, etc. Leyla's complexion to me isn't weird, she simply has an asian skintone, sorta golden brown. I've lived in Turkey and the people there are very handsome, especially the children with their large, expressive brown eyes. Leyla captures the look very well and she is beautiful.
